Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team. We have recently decided to implement a new construction management software for increased efficiency. The ideal candidate is a self motivator who wants to be part of helping to implement a new system and play a roll in the setup/implementation of more efficient workflows.
Duties:
- Manage office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance
- Supervise administrative staff and allocate responsibilities
- Handle human resources tasks such as recruiting, onboarding, and performance evaluations
- Coordinate and plan office events and meetings
- Oversee payroll processes and maintain accurate records
- Utilize QuickBooks for financial transactions and reporting
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Ensure the front desk is managed effectively
Skills:
-Experience in A.I. and automation skills are encouraged
- Proven experience in office management, administrative roles, or related positions
- Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team
- Proficiency in QuickBooks for financial management tasks
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Knowledge of payroll processes and procedures
